Dinner at the food mall
Not only do we have a food market next to our hotel, we also have a underground food mall. I love walking around at those places to discover new food to try out. Yesterday i ended up having a Traditional dish from Hue in Vietnam, a noodle soup with snake-head fish. It was really good. -
A day at the beach and a flight to Ho Chi Minh
Yesterday was the first day that i felt completely restored again. So i woke up and went to a smoothie place that i laid my eyes on the first day already. I got a nice fresh smoothie and a Veggie wrap that i brought to the beach were i planned to spend my last day in Nah Trang before heading over to a big city again.
Well i managed to stay there for about 45 min before a huge wave came over the beach and put all my belongings in the water… including my cellphone. Well, you can only laugh about it. At least my phone is still working, almost, some buttons are broken, but it is usable. So my last day at the beach became very short. At least my first 45 min was great!
This morning we left Nha Trang and took the flight to Ho Chi Minh. Er have not been spending to much time here yet but there is a street food market right outside our hotel where i just had lunch and the food and it was great!

Banh Xao Vietnamese pancakes
Once again i have been eating a delicious meal in Vietnam. I think Vietnamese cousin must be one of my absolute favorite food in the world. So many great options! but of course i have my favorites. A big one is the Vietnamese fresh spring rolls. Always making them myself when i am home in Sweden.
Then one dish that i dont remember the name of right now, but it is a soup with a lot of fresh spices and lettuce that i like to have together with some vegetarian fried spring rolls.But than i have one of my new favorites, the Banh Xeo (Vietnamese pancake). This is sooo good, and i had the best one so far here today in Da Nang at Madame Hanh. I very much recommend to try them out there.

Hello Da Nang
I had some amazing days in Hue which i will tell you more about later. This afternoon i arrived in Da Nang and i already love the beach (i have not even seen it daytime yet).
Since i am traveling a lot right now and my days are pretty full it is a bit hard to give you a full update of the things i am seeing and doing over here. I will try to update as much as possible but i promise some better and longer posts about all these places when i am back in Sweden again and have some free time. Half way to go!

Eating and drinking around
I am eating and eating and eating and drinking beer here in Hanoi. And hands down, the food is the best i had so far. But i already knew that the food was going to be great over here since this actually is not my first visit in Vietnam.
So i am basically eating and drinking my way around this city and will continue doing that until we leave for Ha Long bay tomorrow.I also think i will start writing reviews about the hotels we have visited so far. After all it is a shit ton of them. We have almost been away for 6 weeks now and have more than half way left.

In Hanoi
Yesterday I landed in Hanoi Vietnam and I am already in love with this city. I guess we arrived at the perfect time since the street was completely full with life. This city got soul and the people are beautiful, happy and very friendly.
And the food is the best!
